I bought (online) their Adidas Superstar Boost collab with SneakersNStuff.
Issue 1. Was the weeklong shipping to me in California. Two days shipping is becoming table stakes. A week? #Terrible
Issue 2. I received someone else's shoes. The same type, but wrong size. The other person's packing slip was inside the box.
Issue 3. I called the store and was told to e-mail. I did e-mail in the morning and didn't receive a response till the next business day (four calendar days later) and the e-mail was a link to a page on their website for returns. That page doesn't seem to be available anywhere else of their site if it was, I would have utilized it, rather than calling them in the first place.
In addition, I didn't just want to return my shoes, I wanted the actual size I ordered.
Ultimately I ended up going to a local retailer (Undefeated in San Francisco) and buying the shoes in my size from them and then selling the misrouted/wrong to someone else.
I'll never do business with Social Status again.
