| - I'm pretty sure everyone will agree with me when I say that, this store is the worst store with the worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
Early this year my kids soccer club had told us that now we have to order any future uniform that is needed for the club from soccerzone. I walk into the the store, all excited that we'll need new uniforms and look nicer than our old ones. Well, I walk in and was not greeted at all. All I see is the red headed guy Jeremy. I walk to him ask him a question he walks off, with no sorry ill be with you in a minute. Nothing!!! Yes he was with a customer, but a simple hello, good afternoon welcome to soccerzone I'll be with you in a second!! Nothing!!! He walks back out rude talking to another customer, I ask a question he said that this customer was here first when he's done then he'll help me. There are other ways to say your with another customer. Finally he gets to me, takes my order. Tells me he'll call me when it arrives in 3 days. Never got a call nothing.. i waited an extra 2 days, i call they tell me it's not ready. I told them that I was told it'll be ready in 3 days. They said it was in Henderson. I call Henderson location, they said everything was sent out a day ago to lake mead location. Mind you I'm in the store as I call. They don't even go to the back to check anything. All of a sudden I get a call from the general manager so say John. He tells me a story that they ran out of number 1 and was just waiting on it. All of a sudden the number 1 appeared and they just need to press it on the jersey. I'm waiting there Miguel does just that for me. The comes back out with jerseys all crumpled up, not even to put it in a bag. A week later my kids are told to wear the New Jersey. I open it up and the numbers fall off. I go in and tell them what happened. They asked was it in heat or washed. Mind you it still had the tags on it. I told them the tags are still on and that it was handed to be like garbage. They took it to the back redid the number. There are so many other incidents that had happened at that locations. It's all beyond words!!! I just hate that we are forced to buy our club uniforms there and have to deal with really rude ass people. Mind you Jeremy is there because his dad is john the store manager!!! John on the other hand was really rude today when I had spoke with him. I was telling how his store associates were bad talking about a customer that called in front of other customer at the store. John sure so many sorry lame ass excuses for the reason why his associates are rude. There is no excuse for rude service. The workers there are so unprofessional, rude and horrible customer service. Back 2 months ago when they had the Henderson associates at the lake mead location. They were the most kindest, well mannered, excellent customer service you could ask for. They knew how to handle more than one person at a time. With the proper use of words. It sad that they are back at the Henderson location. If anyone can tell me of another place/website that we can order our clubs need. Let me know please.

I didn't mean to go off on you. I'm just tired and frustrated and it's not fair to me and my guys how we get treated when all we want to do is get your uniforms to you as fast as we can so we don't have to deal with these phone calls. But when we have to deal with Nike and other vendors it's out of our control. We're human. Not robots...
