  • OK, imagine Panda Express on a plate in a booth. Now imagine paying 3 times the price and having to beg for service - that's what this place is. The host outright ignored us and our questions and gave us dirty looks when we had the nerve to ask for a booth! Stay away from the Monte Carlo all together, unless you want a very healthy dose of second hand smoke, crappy service and horrible restaurants!
