They are friendly, but they had no idea what was wrong with my dog. I came in with my dog and obviously he wasn't okay. He was breathing rapidly, but when they checked him they said everything looked normal. All they did was check his temperature and heart rate, and they said there wasn't anything too bad about his breathing. So they just gave me advice about feeding him chicken and rice since he had a loss of appetite too. But that didn't solve anything. We got the blood results too late because he had passed away before we got them. I don't understand why we couldn't have gotten the results that same day. Not the next morning. I had told them that my parents found him eating guavas, but they said that wasn't a toxic fruit and left it at that. I had to go find out on my own that the pits/seeds of guavas can cause abdominal pain. They did not know this, and I'm concerned because I feel like that is something the doctor should know.
