  • If we could rate them no stars we would!! I had a nail in my tire on Saturday (I was just at the Walmart next door when it was noticed). Showed up to have them take care of it, since we bought the warranty when we bought the tires less than 6 months ago. I was then advised the tire was not fixable. They wanted to replace my tire with a different tire... I'm sorry would you go into a shoe store and off a costumer a different shoe?? Then tell them it will "not really effect the wear and tread"? We tell them we want the same tire we paid a warranty for and to put the spare on the car. When I was leaving I asked where my tire was and they told tell me they found a tire and would be here the following day. Sunday they did not call. Monday the did. When we went to get the tire put on, that was less than 6 months old. That the tech told me when I bought them in "oh these are still really new" was charged an additional fee! Why?? Because there was "wear" on the tires. Are you kidding me?! Maybe you can pull a fast one over on some people but my husband is a Master Technician and I'm shocked with you guys!!!
