  • Solar Mechanical Works was called to repair a air conditioning unit at my home because of my warranty company. The day they came was Thursday and they replaced my fan at 10:30 am and they said it was up and running. Ten minutes later the unit is blowing hot air, this was Thursday and today is Sunday night. Thru a 3 way call , the warranty company and myself were told that a technician would be at my house to finish the job by the end of the day on Saturday. Well I have never heard back from them . Solar Mechanical Works did not call to cancel or bother to show up for the appointment. The temperatures are above 100 degree's. I think they have failed on so many levels and would like for the public to be aware of the awful customer service they have shown.
