  • We are a carpet and tile cleaning vendor in the Phoenix area. We met with Melissa under the new management of Broadway Heights Apartments in Mesa Arizona. In order for us to get started cleaning apartments for this complex we asked for a vendor packet so we could get started cleaning the carpets for them. She assured us she would take care of this for us, so on "good faith" we cleaned 1 apartment for her. That was 2 weeks ago and still have NOT received payment or, the vendors information to submit in order to get paid for our work. We have called and came to the apartment office 6 times in the 2 weeks. Still "Melissa" hasn't gotten this figured out. We were going to clean 2 units for her today but STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY VENDOR PACKAGE or email... So needless to say, that's not going to happen because we don't work for free. Now she is trying to pass the buck off on her leasing staff... I would think twice before doing business with her or believing what she says. So far, she isn't representing her company very well.
