  • We love having burns out. Lately, we had a few techs come out that we weren't familiar with. So, we spoke with Ben in the residential department who made sure that our favorite tech would always be the person who comes out. As someone who regularly works from home alone when these techs come, having someone I know and am comfortable with is SO important. HUGE kudos to Ben for getting this all organized for us so we always have our favorite guy come! If you ever have any problems just call Ben! He's your guy!!
