| - Dr. Nyugen is the YODA of Endocrinology. After many years of being misdiagnosed, having absolutely no answers, and with debilitating symptoms I seeked out for the top 10 best doctors in Thyroid disease and found Dr. Nyugen! Thank You God!!! Within in one doctor visit I had all the answers I needed. I was dignoised not only with Hypothyroid but the Auto Immune disorder: Hashimoto's thyroiditis! YAY, finally answers. Now, I need solutions. Synthroid never worked for me. I was diagnosed with Thyroid in my early 30's but remained only with natural alternatives and homeopathic medicines. I'm really passionate about NOT having to take Modern day medicines however, after 5 years of doing this myself I felt such a crash in my body and sometimes, you need to seek out the professional doctors. Trying to avoid taking a medication for the rest of my life {i had to suck it up} and was placed on the Synthroid 1st which did barely anything to help in my aid of re-curring symptoms. The worse was the extreme fatigue. Once, I met Dr. Nyugen he recommend the most natural alternative and that would be the no-color dye-gel cap formula Tirosint. I was HEALED! I felt amazing for 3 consecutive years. However, after repeated lab results I need to up my dose because my symptoms were back to being low again..No big deal it happens and again, we can get back right on track with Dr. Nyugen help he is extremely knowledgeable in what he does, straight to the point, confident and kind. He listens to your needs and knows exactely what needs to be done next. He is a true top-notch professional! Also, if having Hasimotos stay away from Gluten! There are trigger foods and although you may not be celiac you may have a sensitive food allergy to wheat and gluten. Once I rid this of my body {3 years to date} I feel like a brand NEW person. If you want answers, rid your symptoms, go back to being 'the normal YOU,' and tired of being misdiagnosed--I highly suggest you look no more! I did so much research until I found Dr. Nyugen and to keep leveled/stable with my Hyporthyroid--I'll stick with him, thank you!
As for his Office Staff: REINY is one of the gals behind the counter who does call backs/reminders for your appt in such...I have to say that she goes ABOVE & BEYOND! Most office staff treats you as if your a bothersome or they're totally overwhelmed without a care even acknowledging you but this lady is such a sweetheart, a true professional that greets you with a smile & kind when returning your calls. I personally wanted to add this review as well about his staff member because its warranted. I hope she never loses her compassion for his patients because so many of them do. To add the office is clean and the front check is approachable, found them kind and courteous as well.
