  • They used to be my favorite service . I had then come out a few weeks ago , they told me I needed a few cleaning since it had been a while . No problem since the ladies I had in the past were fantastic . Well it was a new staff and when I had to ask them to vacuum the carpet that they went around other areas I knew i was in trouble. When they weren't vacuuming the stairs I knew again I was not going to be happy . Mind you they were charging for a " deep cleaning " . My cabinets or appliances were not wiped down . Not only that the stairs were also not vacuumed . I had to call them back in 3 times because they did not do what they were supposed to. The girl in charge of vacuuming the stairs was not very happy since I could hear hear banging the vacuum cleaner around . I had to tell her to make sure she doesn't run the vacuum into my wall. Please save your money and headache. I referred so many people to them and they are complaining as well about how bad service has gone down.
