  • Just had a really crappy experience. My sister and I are visiting from CA and just wanted some quick .... but good service. And we didn't get either. We arrived at 2:30 and there wasn't a wait I got a gel manicure and while I wanted they soaked my sisters hand in Acetone to take off her acrylics. She was soaking for a good 30 minutes. Then they took her to start a spa pedi and I finished about 10 minutes later. As she is doing her pedicure the employees started to yell at each other to the point that the boss had to tell them to cut it out. Very awkward. Since they didn't remove the acrylics from my sister right away she had to sit and wait with her hands in more acetone for another 45 minutes before I got up and asked what the hell the deal was and they told her 5 more minutes... 10 minutes... a total of 2.5 hours of being here my sister decided on just taking off the old and not even getting A new full set like she wanted. We are dying to get out of this place. Don't come. Send help.
