  • 6 stars if I could! Clinton went above and beyond with his customer service. I have a Blu Vivo 5 which is not a very common phone, so when I broke my screen, I knew it was going to be hard to find someone that could fix it. I called a couple of shops and they either did not fix these types of phones or hesitantly gave me a quote. I found iMergency and gave them a call based off their great reviews and I was not disappointed. Luckily, he has fixed this type of phone before so I trusted him when he quoted me a price. I came in to put a deposit down which was completely fine since he had to order the screen in and he said he would call me in about a week when it was ready for repair. Screen came in, took him about an hour to put it on. Unfortunately, when he was finishing up, the screen cracked on the inside and became unusable. Clinton was very apologetic and said he had loaner phones if I needed one. Most people would probably leave a bad review after that, especially since i had to wait another week to order a new screen, but accidents happen and I was just happy he knew how to fix it. The most accommodating thing he did was agree to meet me on a Saturday to drop off my phone because I work across town 7am-5pm and his office hours were 9am-5pm and it was very difficult to get there within those hours. I finally got my phone back today and am extremely happy. The screen looks amazing and he even fixed my frame when it got bent in the fall. The price was affordable and customer service was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend Clinton to anyone and will continue to go back for all my electronic needs. Thank you!
