  • What's the point of confirming the reservation if one nobody will pick up the phone when I called(right after I booked it) and two they will cancel after I texted them while sitting in front of their shop. They mention something about charging consumer 50% of the full fee if canceling on the day of the appointment. What happens when they cancel 10min before the actual appointment?!!
