  • Bought a Prius 2 years ago at Toyota Bedford. Nice car. Was told that everything in maintenance was covered 2 years. End of the 2. Sent my car in and asked that they do everything needed. Requested new blades which should have been covered. Told "ok". Then was told AFTER the work on check out "oh wiper blades not covered." Damned shame. Really thought this dealership was better at telling the truth than others. Live and learn. I'm used to being lied to. Won't return to Toyota Bedford. Ever.
