  • This place is amazing! It is just a short walk from davisville/eglinton station so very easy to get to. The place itself is quite clean and fresh and the reception staff is quite nice. The wax rooms are very clean, and I love the little stickers they have up on the ceiling -- i just think it is a clever little touch. I've been going there religiously every 3 weeks for a brazilian and full leg wax. Juliana is AH-MAZING!! She is bubbly, friendly and make you feel very comfortable. More importantly, she knows what she's doing. She works with you to try and make sure this experience is as painless as possible. Also, she fixed my eyebrows -- and girls, we all know once you've messed them up how hard it is to fix these bad boys! My eyebrows are now once again naturally on fleek! I've also had a wax with Gena and Gladys in the past. They're good, but Juliana remains my girl!! Actually tbh, I did not like my experience with Gladys. She did not understand my super sensitive skin and told me I had eczema down there -- had to run to my DR afterwards and she confirmed that was not true and it is just that the nature of my skin is extremely sensitive. I just don't think it is ok for her to make such claims and freak clients out. I did go back however, and that's when I met Juliana and my life changed. I am taking off a star because of the AC - Everytime I go, there seems to be something wrong with the air and it gets quite hot. Nothing unbearable though, but they ought to check that out. I know Juliana is going to be on maternity leave by the end of the year (still a couple of months girls, don't worry!), and so I am thinking of checking out their other location (Bloor and Bathurst I believe) just because I live on Bloor West, and if Juliana is no longer there, I might as well look for a new place. So let me know if anyone has thoughts on that place :)
