  • My boyfriend and I came here due to his eye being swollen. We got there around 11 something and didn't leave till 2 pm! At first the wait was a little irritating but we put up with it. So we get into the room the doctor barely walks in the room, looks at his eye, mumbles on for 15 seconds, tells us he's going to print his paper work and he'll be right back. I let about ten minutes go by and as the woman who came out of who knows where, what's taking so long. She said the dr went to lunch. I said seriously? She said well we have to eat too... Excuse me what?! His lunch is going to be half an hour? HA!! Your funny if you think I'm gonna wait an extra half hour for him to come back from lunch after waiting basically three hours. The same woman wouldn't give me my boyfriends paper work, I told her I have power of attorney over him and she's like where is it? I DONT CARRY IT WITH ME!! That's not something I want to carry around and risk losing when I don't need it often... You don't tell a patient that you're going to be right back and go to lunch! I wanted to punch that woman in the face so bad and knock that smirk off it. More than likely not coming here again. Get it together!!!
