rev:text	Location: 5 stars Building: 5 stars Ambience: 5 stars Cocktails and drinks: 4 stars Service: 5 stars. Carmen was fantastic for us. Food: 3 stars. I'll specifically mention the ceviche. I kid you not the ceviche manages to taste like Fruity Pebbles cereal. Let's hope this restaurant succeeds. The location and decor are fantastic. I'm a little surprised to see so many people hanging out at he bar instead of sitting out on the patio.
