  • Quite a gem... delicious, Vietnamese-inspired takes on food. My workmates and I stopped in for lunch and 595 Craft scored 4/4. We enjoyed the Vermicelli Noodle Salad, Spring Rolls, a Butcher Block Craft Burger and the Beer Cheese Poutine. Each dish had a twist that made it noteworthy. Our server was great! He made informed recommendations that added to our meal. We'll definitely be back for more food and to try out some of the local craft beers.
