| - I left a great review last year because there were professional and friendly people there at the time who knew what they were talking about.
I do not know what happened since.
I took my car in last week for a power window button repair , the tech was great, fixed it no problem, no charge for it was the one they worked on before. I told him the passenger window was not working so great and the last time I was here I was told I could still get the 2 window deal if I needed it because I did not need it the first time. Tech said passenger window fine, no need to work on it. So now a week later it does not roll up or down from driver or passenger side. I called to make an appointment this morning and a lady named Paula answered. I do not know where her mind was but, I told her my 2004 Dodge Stratus was in there last week for repairs and I needed an appointment to have passenger side window looked at. Her response to that was " ok, what year and make car is it, and which window is broke"? Lol!!!!! She asked me for my phone number twice, it was like she was not paying attention to me, the customer on the phone at all. I did not mention the 2 window deal to her because I figured that would just take to much out of her for one morning.
I am disappointed. I was so pleased with the staff last year, I hope the owner reads these so he understands his new staff needs training or he is going to loose great customers.
Did I mention I have a business with 6 business vehicles? Going to need a place to go to fix the windows if they break. I hope I can count on this place.

Just got a call from a very sweet lady ( Berkley) who informed me that was an answering service.
So, I am so happy that the professional and kind people still exist at AZ. Power window. She was apologetic and answered my window questions professionally. Have an appointment for tomorrow. Thanks Berkley.
Left it at 4 stars because of answering service not window service.
