I had to use A-quality because that is what my home owners insurance made me use. Mark (who I believe is the owner)
1st got frustrated with me upon his 2nd visit because his technician didn't fix the problem correctly with my refrigerator.
Then I just called because it's still not working (wont make water) and they have replaced all the lines.
He just BLEW UP at me telling me he's had to come to my house 4 times and to use a different company to fix my refrigerator.
This actually happened. Wow.
