This is a wonderful tour for the family with kids. We had a great time and our host Christina was very nice, kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. It exceeded our expectations. We loved the fact that the kids were able to learn about the history of Anderson Dairy along with the history of the city of La's Vegas. They also learned about how milk are being processed, pasteurized, and packaged. Of course, my kids loved to see the ice cream making and the packaging. They also learned about quality control. Staffs were very friendly and greeted our kids as they tour the facility. I can see that this tour is a way of the company to give back something to the La's Vegas community rather than just using it as an advertisement purpose.
This company is very considered. Kids who have peanut or dairy allergy could notify their host in advance and get a treat of popsicle instead of their cool ice cream. Our trip to this place was worthy and the free ice cream was a nice treat to our kids at the end of the tour. My kids loved our host and the animated puppets. And you don't have to had a big group to schedule a tour.
