  • I requested that the pod would be moved on February 28th and later changed it to March 1st. I had a confirmation email sent to me of the change and checked the website that the change went through. On March 1st, i checked the website for the estimated time of arrival and my reservation stated, "TBA". I called 3 times (the 1st 2 times I called, I was hung up on). I was finally able to speak to someone to have my Pod moved but because it was on that current day, I was told it would be a rush charge. I never once deleted my reservation and was forced to pay an additional $100 to have my storage moved on the day I once hand scheduled. I asked the representative to see if I can get it waived and he said, "My boss has a boss and even the president of the united states has a boss and my supervisor is not allowing the charge to be waived." I went ahead and payed for it because I needed my items and will never ever use Pods. If you're considering using this company, you would be better of going somewhere else!
