  • My husband and I stopped at this location on our way to Lake Mead. When I entered their were two people who had already ordered and were sitting waiting for their food. I waited by the counter for more than 4 minutes without any of the employees acknowledging me. Some were standing around in the back and others were filling orders. When someone finally came to take my order she didn't even get it correct. (I asked for an Artisan Chicken sandwich & a #7) I didn't bother correcting her because I just wanted to get what was ordered (the sandwich and McNuggets) & leave. I more than likely won't be coming back to this McDonalds because they seem unorganized, and they need to work on their customer service. Most of the McDonald's I've been to have always acknowledged the person waiting at the counter to order, whether they were busy filling an order or just helping out another employee.
