  • Went in for the first time cause they were offering a free spray tan and if I liked it I wanted a membership which I shared with the employee. While talking, 2 female customers walked in and instantly began arguing and cussing in the lobby and made me and my 6-year-old daughter very uncomfortable. Not one of the 3 employees standing there asked them to stop or leave so it was allowed to continue for several minutes as I tried to check in. In addition, The employee attempted to upsell on numerous products before she went to clean the machine. But when she came back she said my daughter was too young to go in the room with me and too young to stay in the Lobby so we were basically forced to leave. I am appalled that a business would tolerate arguing and cussing from grown women but a well-behaved child can't sit on the floor while I get a spray tan...and why waste my time for 15 minutes when they knew my child was against their policy?? Waste of time, will never go back!
