  • I am a semi-frequent shopper here and have to say that my experiences here are usually pleasant and quick. Each time I've had to ask for help with locating a supplement or had some questions, the staff come through and don't disappoint. A few times they've let me know about ongoing promos but unfortunately these BOGO offers just don't work for what I need. Recently, I purchased some (not cheap!) supplements and when I got home I noticed the bottle had already been opened. I called them to let them know my issue, the guy on the phone (Corey?) was accommodating and told me to bring the bottle back with the receipt and they'd take care of me. I did that very thing the next day. The guy handling my exchange (Deatric?) was on top of the issue and he retrieved the new bottle and did the exchange. He did point out there should have been an outer seal on the bottle, which I never saw on the one I brought back. It would have been nice if the cashier who initially checked me out had noticed this was missing. Oh well, I'll definitely pay closer attention to all pill bottles when I buy them from now on.
