  • YES. THIS GYM. PLEASE go and give this gym a shot. It's LOCALLY OWNED, not a chain, and the trainers and owners care about YOU and your GOALS. The gym is beautiful, space is clean, and the classes are phenomenal. Tough, challenging, uplifting, team oriented, and FUN! The trainers are knowledgeable and helpful and will PUSH you but will also help you MODIFY if and when you need to so you stay SAFE while you get fit. This truly feels like a family atmosphere where you can get fit without judgment but WITH accountability. TRY THIS PLACE OUT! Phil is an absolutely amazing motivator and coach. He'll never let you sell yourself short and he'll remind you that when you quit on yourself, it's only you that hurts. In the same way he'll encourage and celebrate your successes and make them known so you feel valued, encouraged, and uplifted. Don't pass this place up. Seriously!!
