I purchased several Samsonite luggages from your company a few years ago because I was impressed with the 10 year warranty the sales person promised. As I learned this morning that warranty means nothing. My sales person at Bentley Eaton centre, Nadia was immediately stand offish and just kept repeating that it was the airlines responsibility to fix my luggage. (I found it strange she started using this line before I ever mentioned a flight.....) So clearly the company policy is to blame any defaults or damage on airlines which therefor makes any warranty worthless. While the policy is in no way Nadia's fault, the way the information is delivered can still be done with respect and courtesy. Why would I, or anyone I know for that matter, make any future purchases from your company if you don't stand by your products or employ friendly respectful staff?
