Probably not the best location to go to. First time in a Microsoft store. I was interested in getting a VR setup. I was created at the door. I looked at 5 different items in different parts of the store and not once did someone asked if I needed assistance. I did see employees available so it's not like they were slammed.
I was at the back of the store looked at this portable gaming setup. They had 2 setups and one had 2 xboxes stacked on it. I looked at one and saw that the screen was grainy or pixelated so I went to the stacked setup and moved the remote around to see if it was the same. This employee stared at me for awhile and then asked if me if I needed something because this setup was owned already. I was oh ok, but wondering why he used a tone like he expected me to know that. He said he was working on it for this customer that was standing right next to it. 1) why didn't either say something sooner 2) why are you fixing a broken item on the floor of your store and 3) put up a sign that says customer owned or close off that setup.
As we were leaving the store I asked about the VR and if we could test it. He said sure so I picked the oculus rift. He said we could only try the mixed reality sets, we asked what the difference was and he said it's mixed reality....so after 3 more attempts I rephrased it to, what is mixed reality....then I got an answer....
