Do NOT go here if your pet has any issue - especially after hours. This place is simply a check cashing business. I saw 3 "vet techs" and a 12 year old "veterinarian." Not one person actually looked at my dog's wound or even took her temp or listened to her heartbeat - apparently the stethoscope is an accessory, not a medical tool here. Every person I saw only talked about getting me an estimate - a $400+ estimate. They seem to think that if you are desperate enough to bring your pet in after hours then you are desperate enough to agree to (and pay for) some elaborate treatment plan that is based on a few questions they ask the owner without actually examining the animal. My question is: how can you create a treatment plan let alone give an estimate on treatment when you haven't even evaluated the situation???? $95 for a "comprehensive exam" that didn't include an actual exam should be considered a criminal act-it didn't even include cleaning the area to look at the wound, that would have been another $51.49.
