  • My daughter was on the "bungee trampoline" they have at the park. As she was jumping (thankfully she had slowed down) the right side of the bungee cords snapped right off, she fell but only scraped her elbow & landed weird on her foot. She was a little stunned by it. The lack of care from the employees there was what really made matters worse. When it happened they acted as if it were no big deal. I asked how often they inspect the safety of these attractions & the answer I got was " daily, weekly & monthly"...... okay. Whatever. They gave us a partial refund ,but my husband called the next day made sure they gave us the rest of out refund, as they said they would. I don't recommend this place due to the lack of customer service. If you go, stick to the putt putt, avoid the "rides".
