rev:text	We found this company based on an ad they run in Home Mag. The ad clearly states they charge $75 to install ceiling fans. Based on that ad we set up an appointment. We were having 7 fans replaced in our home. The ad also stated they offer multiple fan discounts. The owner came out to our home, and as soon as he looked at the way our house was decorated (nice), immediately we could see dollar signs spinning in his eyes. When we got the proposal the price to install the fans jumped from $75 to $155!!! More than DOUBLED!!! When we presented him with the ad and asked why he jacked the price up he said "Well, that's if you were going to install cheap Home Depot fans". We showed him the 7 boxes of fans we bought at HOME DEPOT! They all were the cheapest fans from Home Depot!!! All less than $120 per fan! He had no answer now, but still refused to honor his advertised rate. He made one excuse after the other as to why he almost TRIPLED his advertised rate. Bottom line is this company is all about Bait & Switch, GREED and how they can screw homeowners over. In addition to the extremely jacked up prices on ceiling fans all the other items on our list were quoted way out of the ballpark. Simple basic things such as repairing an outlet. Our total quote from them ended up way over $5,000!!! This was to replace 7 fans, put in 3 outlets, and repair 2 outlets and basic handyman work. We will never do business with this company and would never recommend them to anyone. They are only motivated by GREED!!!
