  • I wish I could give this place no star. The parking lot was packed for a Thursday night. We immediately went on a waitlist which the hosted stated 10-15 but was obviously longer no complaint, I get it. We were sat as well as a large party. Mind you there were only 4 of us. We waited 20 minutes patiently. Wasn't greeted, wasn't acknowledged, nothing. The large party was greeted and was served drinks. We ended up walking out. My mother went to the front to say we had not been seen or at least told it would be a minute. The woman up front was so rude I had told her she could have at least acknowledged that we were talking to her. She didn't look up from wiping her menus(glad you know how to do your job). My father spoke to the manager and had told him we were waiting for 20 minutes with no service or greeting. This had been his second visit with the same situation and he thought he would give this restaurant another chance. My father said should we stand here and wait to see how long it takes for this table to be greeted, the manager said I thought you were leaving. Another large group that had just been sat was getting ready to leave as well. Worst service ever. I have been working in the service industry for awhile and I know for a fact there is a 5 foot 10 foot rule. I'm so disappointed in this restaurant and will not be returning. It's a shame too, their food looked decent.
