  • I am a stay at home mom. I have very little spare time, so I was so excited to have an hour to go get a blowdry. Now for me I have curly thick hair, so I really wanted the stylist to do a round brush blow dry, as I cannot do that at home. The service was just ok. Not terrible, not great. My hair looked ok when I left. It took a long time. I asked her to round brush it twice and she didn't. Not a good shampoo and no head massage. I also don't know her name as she didn't introduce herself. She was a nice enough girl. Lots lacked on quality of the service and experience. It never hurts to offer a coffee and magazine! I won't go back.
