  • Went Saturday night at about 7pm. There were 3 of us and we had pulled pork, brisket and ribs. The staff was friendly however the food was disappointing. All the meats were dry. Good smoke flavor but none of the meats tasted fresh. I had beans and waffle fries for sides and liked both very much. We also tried the mac and cheese and thought it could have been more fresh as well. Dining area was fine however the bbq sauce bottles were all dirty and looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in a while. We have been in the past and liked it however this last visit was quite a disappointment due to the dry (all of them) meats. Come on guys, I know you can do better!
