  • I do not have dental insurance and this place was overall decently priced for what I had to work with. The first time I went I had a cleaning and some xrays done. After almost and hour wait they took xrays which had to be done multiple times because the tech was "new". After we finally had decent xrays I waited another 30 min for the hygienist to come in and clean my teeth and than another 20 min after that for the dentist to come in and talk about filling the chip in my tooth. I thought they might be behind that day and its worth another shot. I went to Bright Now this morning for an 11am appointment. I sat in the waiting room 50 minutes and finally got called back. After waiting another hour with no dentist to be seen I walked out. What really bothered me was that in that hour I asked twice how much longer it would be and each time got "Oh just a few more minutes" until the dental staff started ignoring me completely to avoid having to tell me again that it'll be just a few more minutes. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless you have 5 hours free to sit around and wait uncomfortably.
