  • "This was the first time I have sold real estate. I contacted the Carin Nguyen team about a year ago and after much thought decided to hold off selling my home. A year later I contacted Julie who provided me with great up-to-date information and I decided to list my home. Julie did an excellent job informing me of the Carin Nguyen marketing strategy and ways they stay in touch and inform me of activity of my property. Julie also was very realistic of the listing price. My place sold in 5 days so obviously the Carin Nguyen teams approach works! Julie and Lisa were excellent to work with!
