  • I have been a member at Cobblestone for over a year now, and I have had mostly positive experiences. It's a great deal, $30.00 per month, for unlimited $18.99 washes. They have a few nice waiting areas inside, with TV's and free popcorn. The car wash employees (the ones that actually do the cleaning) ARE GREAT!!!! I cannot say enough positive things about them. They have great work ethics, they're reliable, and they're humble. The employees I have a problem with are the inside employees (obnoxious) and the Auto Glass salesmen. I've spent over $1,000 dollars at Cobblestone over the past year, doing waxes, seat cleans, carpet shampoos, drinks, tips for the washers, etc. I always help out a genuine salesman that notices something I may need. The other day, I went in to get my usual $18.99 wash that's free with my membership. As I pulled up to the vacuums to drop off my car, an Auto Glass salesman named Ivory, immediately started putting his hands all over my windshield. He then proceeded to tell me how bad the sand blast was on my windshield, and he stated that it was a severe driving hazard for me. He was extremely pushy, and there is clearly NOTHING wrong with my windshield. There are no cracks, and you can see absolutely perfectly out of my windshield. He asked to see my insurance card and went to get the paperwork without me saying I'd like to replace it. I ended up letting him down easily and professionally. It was an uncomfortable experience, and I hope they change something about the process. I'm a member there, and I just want to come in and get my car cleaned without some scumbag trying to scam me into replacing a perfectly good windshield. Other than that, Cobblestone is fantastic.
