  • The lady I've now seen twice has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Hey make it absolutely impossible to get an Arizona license. I have a Colorado license and was able to legally change my name after getting married. They wouldn't take a marriage license over a certificate even though I produced 5 other documents. I'm appalled at this minute issue and lack of help. I came back with my "certificate" like they asked, and they are giving me a hard time about it! Spent an hour waiting for them to fax, twice now, to the state to see if it qualifies. Oh yea, faxing didn't work, so they are scanning it now!
