  • They are quick to damage your credit if your one day late over the 30 days but if there wrong they say, it takes them 45 days to review investigate, but your FICO score dropped. Now here is the problem, they will drag it out, you have to keep up trying to call them don't bother. they will drop your calls hang up on you. There very rude they say you get more with honey and vinegar lol.. Nope not them they must hire professional a holes!! There is a separate dispute company that you can write to. there is but its a lie too!! first time I wrote to them they said after reviewing ,I got a letter from them they said they would take it off that was 2012 still waiting....Its still there. I have had 3 separate occasions I had over paid them because they have called and said I didn't pay them. I did a total of 4 over payments because they said if I didn't pay them they would hit my credit. Folks I'm here to tell you yet again I thought I call them and tell them please apply the double payment towards my next months. Llmaso ... Never happened why here's why, it makes it look like I made a double payment I would call them and say, hey you said I didn't pay you and my bank show I made a payment and you got a double payment. You took out twice guess what to bad for me they said, sorry we can't put that extra towards next month. I can't believe it they screwed me over 2 times. The 3rd and last time was I made payments one on line before the due date another amount after the 30 days I had paid them before the day of payment they still didn't apply it the last straw was the last one I made over the phone before a major holiday Christmas well someone either drop the ball or a computer glitch who knows it showed I made no payment but the money was taken out of my bank well before the date it would have been over due. Guess what again they said well have to review it investigate it 3 months later still waiting... Guess what folks you want to guess were they sent me lol... You got it to the dispute center. The problem here is my car has been paid off you want to venture if I have gotten any results nothing nada. My advice: diligence, due your homework on the dealership financial services if they are reoccurring complaints red flag then don't go thru them. Just like they do a credit check on us. We also have the same power. Please also yelp it spreads the word !! I can back all my stuff up. Don't lie and bad mouth that hurts companies !! Just the same I'm having now to hire a lawyer anyone out there know a good lawyer lol... If I could give them a no star and a negative I would!!!
