  • I lived here for a year and was so glad to finally move out. The units themselves are very nice and new. However, everything else about this place is a joke. Crime is rampant. While I lived there, I saw several vehicles with their windows broken, and storage units broken into. Security is only on property a couple nights a week. Management can't be bothered to keep lights on in the parking lot; the gate will break and be stuck open and it takes days on end to fix it. One tenant set off the fire alarm, and his entire unit was flooded by the fire sprinklers because it took property management 2 hours to even answer the phone call that there was an emergency. In the meantime, all tenants in the building got to spend those 2 hours listening to the obnoxiously loud fire alarm in the middle of the night, and the firemen got to stand around and twiddle their thumbs. Maintenance is severely understaffed, so if you have a maintenance problem, have fun waiting for it to be fixed. Basically, property management is a joke. But they make up for it with ridiculous events every week or so, like free breakfasts!! Maybe they should consider putting some of that money they are wasting on these events into maintaining the property, or having security on site for more than 10-15 hours per week. Bottom line: If you are looking at the prices and thinking that they are too good to be true, it's because they are!
