  • I was in a mood for lasagna and this was recommended to me. I called to order the meat lasagna for pick up. I was told it would be 20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later, and it took them a while to acknowledge me despite making eye contact with staff. After while I was told my order was almost ready and that staff made a mistake.No problem I knew it was busy and took a seat. After 30 minutes of waiting, I was getting ready to leave but decided to wave a staff member down. Only then did I get my food. Please work on your customer service guys. They get two stars because despite their issues with customer service the lasagna is really good. Unfortunately I don't think I will return after this.
