  • Incompetent and such a waste of time talking to employees who do not know how to handle situations. Wanted to cancel my membership right away since out of the province and have no access to it anymore. Was talking to the Member Experience Department to cancel my membership and 2 days after they charged me again. I demanded my money back but I guess that's not happening. They also ignored two of my emails which enraged me even more. Wish they know how to address issues like this one properly.
