  • I had a reservation from the 5th-8th. Though check is not until 4 pm, i was told by the operator on their phone system that it would not be a problem. Upon arrival, i was told that their systems were down and could not check anyone in. They told me they were not sure when the systems would be back up. I called 2 hours later and they told me the systems were up and could guarantee a room for me. I left my lunch reservation, and came straight to the hotel. When I got to the front desk clerk, she told me that the servers were down, but I could be " pre registered" she couldn't tell me when my room would be ready. The way I was treated and the way the front desk handled the situation was completely un remorseful and un profesional. I wouldn't stay with this vegas resort again.
