  • Disappointed!!!!! I booked room three month prior and ask for a good view room of the range that I paid. Which is $1500.00 for 5 nights. For special occasion, my mom birthday and her first time to Vegas. But when we got there, I have to ask for it again n just end up w a room at the east end tower which the view is the west end tower. It doesn't look as good as online pics. The room was dusty. No happy birthday card. No champagne. And we had the Under the sun package which is a little gift set of sunblock n stuff. They didn't give it till I had to went down to reception the next day and waited in line for 20min to ask for it. The only good thing is the room was spacious and comfortable. However the fridge and counter was fully stocked. There barely room to put anything there. Doesn't deserve a four stars. The hotel look great. But the staff aren't that great. I think they would treat people who are high rollers or have a suite better than those blue collar. To them $1500 aren't much but I worked hard to have a good weekend w my mom for the first time in Vegas but got very disappointed. Definitely try a new hotel next time.
