  • I couldn't believe how unprofessional this company was. Not only was it difficult to get a call back, but we were stood up on an estimate appointment. When we finally were able to get Randy to come out (I had to call and remind him twice about our appointment) he left saying he would give me an estimate for a new a/c. It has been over a month and still NO ESTIMATE. Obviously we went to another company, but it's just unbelievable to me how little it seemed they cared about getting business (we ended up getting 3 new a/c units from another company) and their lack of customer service and follow through.
