  • For the price ($11) you can't beat it: King's is a straight up, old-school barber shop, complete with signs about goin' fishing and a barber pole out front. These guys have been cutting hair while watching Gunsmoke on the TV for a really long time.: Morrie cut hair for years for airmen back in the day at Rantoul's Air Force base. Conversation is the weather and Illinois sports and things are real laid back. Nothing real fancy here: there will be hair on the floor and nobody offers you sell you hair product after you're done. But they will use that warm shaving foam and do a straight-edge razor shave around your neckline and sideburns. Try finding that at the mall.
