Just when I thought this place couldn't get any worse, it has. I did the driving event at New Hampshire Motor Speedway today. I was signed up for the practice. During the drivers meeting it was strongly suggested we purchase the additional 3 minute add-on. After the meeting, I went to the merchandise trailer to pay for the extra time. It was at a ridiculous cost of $124. I was told they couldn't process the charge because I had purchased the original package from GroupOn. They suggested I call the corporate office to acquire and pay for the add-on. I called the main number and the girl I spoke to said she could not add the time to my event. The gentleman at the track named Clint Walker said he'd be able to help and he asked me to be patient. He said he would put the charge in a miscellaneous and that the time would be added. When I finished driving, the time seemed to be short of the 8 minutes I had purchased. When I got home, I reviewed the video the provided me. The time turned out to be just over 6 minutes. The only reason it was even that much is because my spotter said he was giving me an additional lap for doing a good job. I don't know about you but, I believe if we pay for something, we should get it. This outfit is not worth doing business with. Their customer service is abysmal. Be wise and avoid them like the plague. Try the Rusty Wallace Racing Experience before you waste your time and money as I have done.
