  • We came at the perfect time and were able to speak to a rep right away so that helped the 5 stars! Vanessa helped us and answered all of our questions. I was ready to leave Cox behind forever due to a previous issue (come to find out it was my fault not theirs) but after today I'm back on board! I know all visits do not go this smooth but Vanessa and her co-workers were very professional and made it a pleasant experience!
