How is it that when ordering winter tires they get shipped to the warehouse and then website says held for 21 days so that one can schedule to get them put on to the car. However when get there, they say no appt available till next month (30 days), and by the way, we will only hold the tires for 3? These are our new rules from HQ!? What the hell is that? Or you can line up on first come first serve basis in the morning, but we can't guarantee you any cars will be serviced that day. Or when we will start taking appts, could be 5am, 6am, 7am, whenever we're ready. What kind of rules are these?
