Tiki Hideaway is just that, a respite from the everyday, the mundane, and the boring cocktail and sports bars that can be found all over. This place is the real deal. If you want a unique experience, this is the place to go.
It's clear the owner took cues from the original 1960s tiki obsession, with period decor and a classic movie playing at the bar. Be sure to look all around when inside, no detail has evaded the design - down to the pufferfish lights.
The drinks are strong, but not overpowering, and full of flavor. Try the Pain Killer or if you're with a group, the scorpion bowl. The apps are delicious, I recommend the short ribs.
I can't wait to return!
